Stuart Talks AI at Fintech North

Stuart, IMC's CEO and Founder, flew into Yorkshire to present this speech at FinTech North. His speech began with audience participation, explained machine learning, provided insights into chat bots, algorithms behind them and saying that they can deduce when to pass calls to real people.
