Scaled Insights innovative artificial intelligence tool has provided advanced insights about patient experiences and has been used to predict perceived quality of care. The findings of the artificial intelligence analysis shows that people in the negative cluster received significantly worse healthcare experiences compared to the positive cluster and thus, the personality attributes and values measured could provide useful insights for healthcare practitioners when understanding the experiences of patients at scale.
