Transferring Knowledge in Partnership with University of Leeds & UKRI

Updated: Oct 26, 2020

Scaled Insights is entering into a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the School of Computing's AI Research group at The University of Leeds thanks to successfully applying to the scheme operated by Innovate UK.

The Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme helps businesses in the UK to innovate and grow. It does this by linking them with an academic or research organisation and a graduate. The opportunity will be advertised via the University of Leeds' jobs website shortly.

A KTP enables a business to bring in new skills and the latest academic thinking to deliver a specific, strategic innovation project through a knowledge-based partnership.

Applications are assessed by an independent group of assessors, and each KTP lasts from 12 to 36 Months depending on the scope and scale of the proposed project.

Scaled Insights and the University of Leeds will advertise the role imminently to identify a suitable candidate to commence this exciting collaboration from Nexus Leeds, the University's innovation hub built and designed specifically to facilitate these kinds of industry / academic collaborations.
