2. Program Description
KenSi is an AI-enabled communication tool used in connection with participating health systems and other services that leverage KenSi. You may receive SMS messages from KenSi because your health system participates in KenSi or because you contacted a service that uses KenSi.
Messages may relate to support, follow-up, service coordination, general engagement, responses to your inquiries, or other communications connected to the participating health system or service using KenSi.
3. Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS communications from KenSi (by Scaled Insights America Inc.) through one of the following documented consent methods:
Method A – Paper Consent Form: You sign a physical SMS consent form at your clinical visit. The form includes the program name, message purpose, frequency disclosure, "message and data rates may apply," opt-out instructions, and links to this Terms & Conditions page and the KenSi Privacy Policy.
Method B – Verbal Consent: A staff member reads you a standardized consent script that discloses the program name, message purpose, variable frequency, applicable data rates, and your right to reply STOP at any time. Your verbal confirmation is recorded before enrollment.
Method C – Online Enrollment Form: You submit the online enrollment form at https://www.scaledinsights.com/kensi-enrollment-form. The form includes an unchecked-by-default opt-in checkbox, full disclosures, and links to this Terms & Conditions page and the KenSi Privacy Policy.
No messages are sent prior to confirmed consent through one of the methods above.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with KenSi and the participating health system or service.
